Is Hallowtree open to the general public?

Unfortunately not. Hallowtree is only open to Scout groups, Guide groups, and other select charity and youth groups. There are occasionally exceptions to this rule though, so if you aren’t sure whether you qualify, please get in touch.

Are electrical connections available?

We are unable to provide electrical connections to all sites. However, if you require electricity for medical equipment we may be able to provide a connection if you are staying on a site near to a building.

Do you allow open fires?

Of course, we’re a Scout site! If you are on a camping area, we ask that you use one of our altar fires to avoid damaging the grass. We do have three campfire circles available for use (pre-booking required – no cost) if you would like to set a proper campfire on the ground.

Do you hold risk assessments for your activities?

Yes. These are available upon request from our warden team.
